  • Information We Collect: We gather information you provide to us such as name, email, mailing address, age, gender, social media profiles, PayPal information, and device-related data, including IP address and Google Advertising ID. 
  • Third-Party Integration: If you sign in using a third-party profile like Facebook or Google, we import your name. 
  • User Gaming Profile: We monitor your interaction with games on our platform, including achievements, in-game purchases, time spent, and device-related information for fraud prevention and to ensure fair rewards. 
  • Installed Apps Information: We use your Installed Apps Information to filter and list games for the game launcher feature. This data is never stored on our servers. 

2. Automatic Collection 

Certain information is automatically collected when accessing and using our Services, such as: 

  • Aggregated usage information 
  • Session ID 
  • Access time and date 
  • Device and geolocation data

3. Integration with Games and Coin Rewards System 

We have integrated Game Rewards with our partner games available on the same device. Through this integration, we collect and process the following information: 

  • User Key ID: To identify individual users across Game Rewards and our partner games. 
  • Device Key ID: To confirm that both Game Rewards and our partner games are installed on the same device. 

This information enables us to provide a cohesive experience, allowing users to complete checkpoints and earn coins in Game Rewards as they play our partner games. 

The collected data is solely used for the purpose mentioned above and is not shared with third-party organizations. We follow best practices to ensure the security and confidentiality of this information. 

Users cannot disable this collection. 

4. Purpose of Using Your Data

Deletion and Retention

After account deletion, we may retain data for an additional twelve (12) months for administrative purposes. We may also anonymize data, reserving the right to use it for legitimate business purposes.

Game Rewards prioritizes the protection of children’s privacy and adheres to the specific requirements stipulated by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States. In compliance with COPPA: 

  • We only allow individuals aged 13 and above to use our Services. 
  • We do not knowingly collect or retain information from children under 13.

  • Statistical Analysis: We may share anonymized user ratings, reviews, and other aggregated information for statistical, machine learning, or marketing purposes. 
  • Transactions: Your information may be disclosed or transferred during business negotiations or transactions. Such transfers will not alter the purposes for which you gave your consent.

  • You can ask us to delete your personal data on our platform. Depending on your choice, we will either remove your information entirely or add you to a “do not contact” list for a specified period. 

2. Requests Timeline: 

  • We’ll respond to your requests to know or delete within 45 days. If more time is needed, we’ll inform you. 

3. Authorized Agents: 

  • You may appoint an authorized agent registered with the California Secretary of State to act on your behalf for disclosure or deletion requests under the CCPA. 
  • We will honor such requests if you provide written authorization to the agent, and we can verify both your identity and the agent’s proof of authorization.

Our Services might direct you to other websites or apps, such as the Google Play Store, controlled by third parties. These third-party sites have separate privacy practices that we don’t oversee. Please read their privacy policies to understand how they may use your information. 
 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF INFORMATION 

Based in Canada: We operate from Canada, and your information is protected under Canadian privacy laws. However, your information may be transferred, stored, or used in other jurisdictions like the United States, where our service providers might be located.
