Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Richie Games, including richie.games, the mobile application, reward activities, support channels and related services. By creating an account, downloading the app or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

• You may use the platform only where legally available and in compliance with applicable laws.
• You are responsible for accurate account information and secure login credentials.

Account Rules

• One account per person unless we give written permission.
• You may not buy, sell, rent, transfer or share accounts.
• We may require verification before redemptions or continued use.

Reward Activities

Richie Games may display games, surveys, offers, missions and other reward activities. Availability, value, eligibility, completion criteria and thresholds may vary by country, device, partner, campaign and time.

• Rewards are not guaranteed until an activity is completed, verified and approved.
• Partners may reject events that do not meet requirements.
• Rewards may be delayed, reversed or cancelled if activity is invalid, duplicated, suspicious or not properly attributed.

Redemptions

If options are available in your region, coins or in-app balances may be redeemable for cashouts, gift cards, vouchers or other rewards shown in the app. Methods, minimum thresholds, processing times and fees may vary.

Prohibited Conduct

• using bots, automation, scripts, emulators, device farms or unauthorized software;
• using VPNs, proxies, spoofed locations or manipulated device data to access unavailable activities;
• creating duplicate accounts or exploiting promotions;
• tampering with attribution, completion events, tracking or app functionality;
• submitting false information, impersonating another person or disrupting the platform.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud or misuse, or if required by law or partner rules. Related rewards may be withheld, cancelled or forfeited.

Platform Changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform, including reward activities, redemption options, eligibility rules, features and content.

Intellectual Property

The platform, software, branding, content and designs are owned by us or our licensors. We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Third-Party Services

The platform may include offers, links, advertisements or integrations provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, availability or decisions.

Disclaimer and Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profit, loss of rewards or service interruption.

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to arbitration in Bursa, Turkey under ISTAC rules. For questions, contact [email protected].
