Richie Rewards Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Richie Rewards Community! These guidelines are integral to our Terms of Use, which you can find at richie.games/terms, and apply to anyone using our mobile application (hereafter referred to as the “App”). Please carefully review these rules to understand your obligations. 

Understanding & Acceptance 

By using the App, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Use. We may modify these guidelines occasionally, so remember to revisit them periodically. If you don’t accept these terms, you may not use our App. 

Social Interactions 

When engaging with social features such as usernames, biographies, chatrooms, messages, etc., you must adhere to these Community Guidelines. Our aim is to maintain an inviting, secure environment, free from hate, illegality, or unsuitable conduct. Violating these Guidelines may result in restrictions or bans. 

Intellectual Property & Privacy 

  • Ownership: Don’t post content or messages that you didn’t create or own. 
  • Privacy: Never share identifiable personal or sensitive financial information, including but not limited to social security numbers, credit card details, or contact information. Whether it’s yours or someone else’s, keep it private. 

Prohibited Content 

  • Unsafe or Illegal Content: Avoid content related to harm to minors, dangerous activities (alcohol, weapons, drugs, etc.), violent crimes, terrorism, self-harm, or downloading pirated content. 
  • Hate, Harassment & Violence: Don’t engage in discrimination, harassment, or threats based on identity (including race, religion, gender, etc.), or promote violence, terrorism, or other illegal activities. 
  • Sexual Content: Sexual material, including those related to violence, exploitation, prostitution, or minors, is not permitted. Chatrooms for dating or sharing adult themes are also banned. 
  • Spam, Solicitation & Fraud: Spamming, self-promotion, fraud discussion, gambling promotions, or repeated posting is strictly forbidden. 

Reporting & Support 

  • Reporting Violations: If you witness inappropriate behavior, please submit a report to our moderation team. Reviews may take a few business days, particularly during high volume. 
  • Support Queries: If you feel that your account has been wrongfully restricted, contact our support team at support@megafortuna.co for assistance.
